Our wooden hub Civil War Cannon Wheels for the First Model Prairie Carriage are replicas of those built by Wheelwrights in the mid 1800's. Our white oak hubs have four steel bands that are heat shrunk on for a solid fit. We use 14 hardwood spokes and steam bent felloes for a quality long lasting wheel. Prices include hot setting a new 1/2 x 2" steel tire and setting your boxing. Price is for a set of 2 wheels.
